Net begonnen met bloggen en nu al de enquête functie gevonden. Wie helpt mij met het antwoord op deze vraag:
Hebben de woorden "riool" of "riolering" in de vacaturetekst, bedrijfsnaam of de functietitel een negatieve invloed op het aantal kandidaten dat reageert op deze vacatures?

BeantwoordenVerwijderenThe word sewer can actually be used to draw attention to a function! While the word alone gets one's attention, it is often the other key words linked to "sewer" that is the real culprits in making candidates turn away from a function description: If you use "sewer" with "exciting possibilities" it will sure be interesting to any prospective applicant, but if you use "sewer" with say "no eight to five mentality" well, you are not really expecting a lot of candidates are you?
The word "sewer" is what some of us do - we work in sewer, so no danger for us in this word.
